Delivery times and methods

Ordered Products will be dispatched from 1 to 3 business days, counted from the date of final confirmation of your order.
The online store accepts orders 24 hours a day. The prices of goods listed on the website do not include the cost of postage. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout based on the size/weight of the parcel and the destination.

 Packages are dispatched through our national postal carrier and are delivered in the destination country by the local postal service. For example: Pošta Slovenije (Slovenia), Deutsche Post (Germany),  Österreichische Post (Austria), Poste Italiane (Italy), La Poste (France) etc.

We can reserve the right to choose also GLS as a delivery agent if this will enable it to fulfill the order more efficiently.

 Usual delivery times for  the following countries:

Slovenia, Croatia	2-3 business days
Germany, Austria	3-5 business days
Italy, France	4-7 business days
Other EU countries	4-8 business days
Worldwide	5-14 business days

 

You can track your packages on the website of your local post service using the tracking number which will be indicated in the shipping notification. 

🌍 Tax & VAT Information

Our company is based in Slovenia and is not a EU-VAT payer under Slovenian tax law. We sell and ship our products internationally.

 For non-EU countries local taxes, import duties, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country of delivery. Our prices do not include any customs fees.
